The Contest is open to authorized residents of Canada who are of legal age in their province or
territory. To be eligible, you must be a subscriber to Weeve’s service
A Subscriber is defined as someone who has an active subscription contract with Weeve.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, you must also:
● Have maintained an uninterrupted subscription to Weeve’s Service (in Quebec or Ontario) from December 01, 2024, to March 16, 2025;
● Have no outstanding payments over 72 hours past due and a zero balance on the contest and drawing close date;
● Have had no more than two accidents, regardless of fault;
● Have not been involved in any at-fault accidents requiring insurance involvement with aggravating circumstances and/or above the deductible amount;
● Have exhibited no abusive or threatening behavior toward Weeve or its employees.
Employees, representatives, and agents of the Contest Sponsor or its affiliates, as well as their
immediate family members and those living with them, are not eligible to participate. "Immediate
family" refers to a spouse, parent, sibling, or child of such individuals.
GENERAL DRAW RULES
Winners must accept the prizes as awarded, with no substitution. The prize will be sent at the
Sponsor’s expense to the winner’s provided address. Selected participants must sign and return
a Declaration and Release Form before receiving the prize.
